IMPORTANT INFORMATION REGARDING THE PRACTICE

Dear Patient,

Thank you for your patience over the last month as we have launched our new appointment booking system. We have had lots of positive feedback but will continue to review and improve things even further to provide the best possible service we can to our patients. 

Please note, if you are aged 16 or above and wish to book a face to face or phone call appointment to discuss a medical issue, you will need to complete the new triage form on our practice website (link provided below for ease). Once completed, the system will triage your clinical problem and will offer an appointment with a clinician based on the clinical urgency. Please make note of whether this is a telephone call or a face to face appointment to avoid missed appointments.

All appointments for children under the age of 16 will continue to be made by ringing reception who will then book the appointment for you. 

Please note that the online form is open between 07:00 and 18:00. In exceptional circumstances, the online form access may need to be closed earlier if the practice has reached a limit on the number of patients it can safely offer appointments to. If access to the form is closed but the surgery is still open, please contact the surgery who will be able to signpost you to an appropriate service such as the pharmacy/Urgent Care Centre/111 or A&E.
