Appointment booking process

Staines Health Group offer appointments with a range of health professionals including GP's, nurses, clinical pharmacist, paramedic and physician associate.

The reception team may ask what you require help with. This will help us triage how soon you need to be seen and the most suitable clinician.

Urgent appointments:

Urgent appointments open at 8am to be seen that day, these can be booked by calling reception. Our urgent appointments include telephone calls and face to face appointments.

If you are offered a telephone call, the clinican will call you either AM or PM, we are unable to provided specific times. During the telephone consultation the clinician will determine whether they can assist you over the phone or whether face to face would be beneficial. If it is deemed you require a face to face appointment, the clinican will arrange with you during the telephone call.

Routine appointments:

Routine appointments open at 8am for that day on the following week, for example if you call on Monday 1st you will be offered an appointment on Monday 8th. These include both telephone calls and face to face appointments and are withe our GP's and paramedic.

The practice is open 8am -6pm, if you require assistance outside of trading hours please call 111 or go to the walk-in centre.

If your problem is urgent please go to A&E or if life threating please call 999.
