How to make an appointment
You can request an appointment:
- using an online form
- by phoning the surgery
- or in person.
For some conditions it may be faster to get help from your pharmacy.
Urgent appointments
If you need an urgent appointment on the same working day, complete our online form. Outside working hours and on bank holidays, contact 111.
Routine appointments
For appointments within the next 7 days or more, request an appointment through our online form.
Home visits
If you cannot leave your home and need an appointment, please phone the surgery before 11am.
Request an appointment using an online form
You can tell us about your condition or symptoms using our "Rapid Health" online form. If you need an appointment, you will be able to choose an appointment time online.
All patients using this form need to have an email address linked to their medical records.
This form can only be used for patients aged 16 years and above. You need to be registered with the practice to use this service. When completing the form, you should use the email address that is on your medical records.
The online form is available from 07:00 to 18:00 but may close earlier if the practice reaches its safe appointment capacity. If closed, it will reopen at 07:00 the next day. Please consider alternatives like the pharmacy, Urgent Care Centre, 111, or A&E. You can still submit admin queries but cannot request appointments.
Contact the surgery by phone
If you are unable to use our online form (see above), you can call the surgery and the reception staff will go through the form with you.
If you need help when we’re closed
If you need help outside of our normal opening hours, you can:
- call 111
- or see our self-help information.
Cancel an appointment
If you cannot come to your appointment, please cancel it as soon as possible so that we can help another patient. You can cancel an appointment by following the link in the appointment confirmation email.
